Scientific Illustrations Illustrating complex information for the masses is not something new to me, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t always come with its challenges. Back in 2011, I illustrated graphs for the Medical department at the University of Wollongong. Talk about complex information. Now, I’m trying to illustrate the idea of the effects of marijuana on the brain through the presynaptic and postsynaptic neurons. Going into it, I had no idea what these synapses were.

I figured that I should start keeping a blog detailing exactly what I've been up to. 1.) Blender I've decided to really get into learning 3D modeling and printing. Blender is a a free open source program that is used for modeling, animation, and more. It's known to have a very steep learning curve, but I'm trying it anyways! I can really see why people struggle with it, as it involves memorizing lots of keyboard shortcuts,
